PROS: The platform has a seamless and automated UI, classy looks, and is great for keeping in touch with donors. These are factors you cannot easily find together in a donation management tool. Moreover, their user support service is very professional and is easy to communicate with. Their staff have helped us throughout the set up process, and they remain consistent in providing us with excellent support while using the tool. They are always there to solve our problems and answer our questions.

CONS: Yes, the simple layout and functions of donation and receipt pages are great advantage in this tool, but better personalization settings would be great. We also want to see emailing and event managing features on future updates. Plugins from Kindful itself would also be fantastic, aside from the already available integrations.

PROS: Easy to connect with the customer support each time I need some assistance. I only need to connect with them while presenting some necessary details and files. They immediately respond to my queries, and they always make follow-ups to see if I’ve solve the issue or if I still need help. Their continuous improvement to satisfy customers is notable too.

CONS: Kindful keeps on sending alerts about your upcoming schedule with a donor. They send email notifications each week until the scheduled time. This easily fills up my inbox which is quite inconvenient.

PROS: Handling donations and monitoring donor communications are both easy. We haven’t experienced any hassles when migrating to Kindful from an older tool as well. That’s regardless of the thousands of contact details that we keep.

CONS: Contacting donors with the use of Kindful itself would be a wonderful addition. Also, I want better display of donor info, such as inclusion of minor details.

PROS: Kindful provides donors the option to make an account or directly drop their donations to a campaign page. This is a great leverage for us because it compels donors to give without hassles. Kindful integrates Stripe to its check-pout widget for an even better donor experience.

CONS: Kindful also has useful and robust features that is further enhanced with the use of plugins or integrations. We sync essential platforms that we use into Kindful, including a tool that our team has developed.

PROS: Features a seamless and organized user interface, has useful plugins, and is backed by a professional team of customer service. Very easy to use and is highly intuitive too, that we do not need to implement confusing customizations after setting up donation pages. Understanding the tool is also a breeze, which is great since we do not need to train our staff for using it. Moreover, its team of developer proves that they put user suggestions in mind, since I’ve already received new feature alerts that contains my ideas.

CONS: Better controls on the frontend could help users a lot, such as better personalization choices on the user panel since not all users track donations. As of now, it only makes users select between doing everything or use very little features. Generating handy URLs towards active campaigns can also help, and URLs that point to user data during signing-up. The latter one is important because the platform only displays what form does a user selects during profile creation, and doesn’t display the data he or she encodes. Moreover, convenient features for tweaking forms that lets you do the edits without removing and reinserting specific fields would be useful, as well as I hope that the black PDF attachment problem would be solved for good. Lastly, I often find myself using a fresh Google Chrome window because the platform won’t me sign-in right after a previous session. Although, I’m not sure if such problem is present on other web browsers.

PROS: Kindful is a very easy to use platform with convenient features. We like how it lets us make personalized fields for donors, task management features, note options as well as its reporting tools. It complies with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) as well. This makes Kindful unique among other non-profit CRMs.

CONS: Making some activities searchable would boost its functional efficiency. Receipt creation should be enhanced too.

PROS: It is easier to handle data on this platform because of its excellent convenience and intuitiveness. Data are easy to grab for use, thus it is easier to come up with complex strategies without exerting heavier work pressure to our staff. Kindful also comes with handy plugins for third party tools, such as QuickBooks and Mailchimp, for better functionality and to help users save time. The tool also displays easy to comprehend data about group and personal donations during our yearly giving activity. And I can’t forget to mention about Kindful being more affordable than its competitors, that even small NGO’s won’t have worries paying for the platform.

CONS: Kindful should improve the efficiency of its communication tracker and the intuitiveness of its transfer management features. As for now, I’m pushed to use the donor dynamic group function for managing tagged donors during a fundraising campaign. I also feel that Kindful lacks video messaging feature for a more seamless communication, thus I wish to see it during the next updates.

PROS: This is very simple to use in satisfying our non-profit organization demands. It connects with Sandbox seamlessly, thus it is easy to facilitate huge number of imports to the platform. Such integration is helping me in sorting out all data, and keep it presentable before going public. The Kindful updates are smooth, cool and super detailed as well. Then, their user support service helps me by addressing my questions anytime.

CONS: Improving its reporting functions would be great, such as letting me compare a given year to another easily. Uploading pledges is also a hassle because I need to do it one by one, thus it would be great to do it in huge batches. It is somehow hard to remove multiple donors in a list as well. Finally, some features that I need aren’t included in the initial subscription I’m paying.

PROS: Kindful has a complete set of functions for non-profits that includes a CRM and a fundraising tool. These features make Kindful very useful for us, considering that it has super approachable support staff as well. No wonder why we have selected Kindful among other options that we have tried. And we now suggest this tool to other non-profit groups too.

CONS: Kindful lacks personalization controls on the donation pages. This makes it somehow less adaptive for various purposes, thus we may stop using it on a long run. It’s a good thing, though, that the developers know about such problem. They say that improvements are already on the way.

PROS: The sales representative of Kindful is so professional and guided us in arriving to a decision of buying the platform. He have allowed our unusual request of contacting current Kindful users for some queries, and he have helped in making it possible. After purchase, the onboarding process of the platform into our organization is also very seamless. Thanks to the onboarding staff who have assisted us along the way.

CONS: Kindful doesn’t have text messaging features. That would help send large bulks of SMS messages at once. I do not have other complains about Kindful for now.

PROS: With a cool UI that is very smooth to use, Kindful lets us easily find the details we need in an instant. The Kindful personnel is also very professional during the introduction phase of the platform to our org, that many points about the tool’s UI was clearly explained. In addition, it has a complete set of features and options that we need, but its price is so affordable. We can’t find anything similar to Kindful as we previously searched for a CRM.

CONS: Kindful is a complete platform that addresses all of our demands. The problem is, it is somehow confusing to use in some angles. For example, I find it difficult to link the pledges in Kindful with those in QuickBooks. I often end up dealing with a lot of unneeded duplicate copies. Although, I feel that such kind of problem can be avoided once we learn how to properly handle them.

PROS: It features a super convenient user interface that shows everything we need. We can now easily manage donor details, as well as knowing the amount of donation to certain campaigns, total amount of donations in a day or a week, etc. These and other information we can check in one tool.

CONS: Plugins for fundraising platforms come with additional fees to pay. Although, Kindful works with other fundraising tools for more functionalities, such additional payment isn’t favorable for small non-profit groups.

PROS: Kindful is a truly helpful tool for all aspects in our non-profit organization. It makes donor tracking and management easier, accurate for trend tracking, and it is reliable for keeping donation history. Managing campaigns is easy with Kindful as well, especially that it supports collaborative work for such task. This makes it suitable for our worldwide team. That’s why I really find Kindful a greater choice than our older tool.

CONS: Kindful isn’t a free platform, but there are important or needed features that are not included in the package. One good example is the capacity giving feature. You need to pay an additional cost to have them.

PROS: The user support service of Kindful is wonderful. They are patient enough in helping me solve some problems, which is great since I’m not a tech savvy person. That’s why I really appreciate how they keep their customer support on great quality, and that they conveniently include it in the package that I pay.

CONS: Some of their user support staff don’t adjust to donors who aren’t tech savvy. I also find the QuickBooks and Mailchimp plugins very problematic. The QuickBooks plugin has made a big mess out of our existing donation system.

PROS: Kindful support service is helping us from the beginning. They’ve guided us in integrating other tools into the user interface, as well as for making the dashboard focus on displaying essential data that we need.

CONS: We are having some difficulties preparing donation receipts, and soft credits of donors don’t reflect on their user panel. The plugins don’t show when Chrome is on incognito as well.

PROS: We have received a professional assistance with the integration team throughout the process. We are having great user experience on the smooth admin panel too.

CONS: The filters are quite confusing to use. Thankfully, the support team helps us sort things out for better usage. We also appreciate the choice of becoming an expert with Kindful by spending some time studying their provided guides. In addition, Kindful has a noticeably affordable price rate than other options. Alternatives have prices that are two times higher, whereas Kindful is cheaper but with better features.

PROS: Our group can easily prepare donation campaign pages which is perfect for our cause. Sponsors love how they are able to donate through the platform without hassles. It helps us make repeating donations, which is essential in establishing our donors’ list.

CONS: I wish to spend some more training sessions under the Kindful staff to better understand the functions of the platform. After all, there are many vital things to learn about our new processes, such as the use of Kindful platform in our group, syncing it with other tools, as well as doing the donation management processes. Thankfully, the Kindful staff is so friendly and professional in answering our queries, and in providing us with excellent guides.
