CONS: I'm hoping there would be further pricing options for users running a small business. At present, there's only a minimum of five users. I'm in need of Kinetone's further reporting ability.

PROS: It is versatile and provides a low code solution that helps you build your own app. It is also affordable, perfect for small and mid-sized businesses. It has the CRM, custom database, and storage you need to run your business. Using Kintone, we were able to create app packs for our clients. No, we have a way to offer our clients great service in a shorter amount of time. This is great as it also saves time on our end.
CONS: The ability to create dynamic dashboards for each department should be improved. The same goes for the portal customization tool. It needs more features. Different departments have different requirements so it is a must to have the dashboards improved.

PROS: The app allows you to build your own application even if you don't have any experience in coding. You could learn how to use it immediately. If you know a little bit of JavaScript you'll be able to navigate it much more effectively. It provides users with pre-written JavaScript codes that you can use according to your needs. Their customer service is also great. They're very accomodating and really help us with our problems.
CONS: It is a great application. We have nothing to be disappointed about it.

PROS: A platform that can easily be customized. You can adapt to a wide range of functionality and feature to conform to your business needs. We're making use of it as a database in housing essential information. At the same time, we're carrying calculations as well as cross-record matching. Highly intuitive.
CONS: So far, nothing. The only thing that needs to improve is its self-serve tool in building a calculator for scoring records. Right now, it needs to be done manually.

PROS: The UI of this software can be intuitive. Very simple to navigate. Getting start on an app was breeze. It can easily be customized to suit my needs. If my schedule permits, I would've taken a stab in developing a fully functioning business app in a short time span.
CONS: Sad part was, I didnt have to dig in far into what it's offering. Based on its service aspects that I was able to utilize, I couldn't think of anything else that I would've changed. Kintone offered a suite of handy tools that lets people craft a software that caters to their precise needs.
For a non-profit, it does a neat job in covering the basic aspects at a worthy cost.

PROS: Its core functionality is essentially similar to that of its competitors. The only exception is that its non-profit pricing is hard to beat. It's so easy to use. I've used one of its competitors before (QuickBase). No actual backend or coding knowledge involved.
CONS: Not in favor of its GUI. Have yet to find a solution in altering that. Particulary true when dealing wiht forms. I wish there was some way to make things with enhanced contrast. At the same time, I want see things a lot clearly.

PROS: I love how how it can do Excel sheet uploads and formatting it into a visual model. I can set parameters on info that I'm viewing to have a data overview. Then I can make a decision as to whether or not more detals should be added. When making a presentation, all I need was to choose data I need. In a matter of clicks, I can carve out a chart or pie graph.
CONS: At times, the functionality suffers from certain hiccups. To seek out info precisely, you'll need to spell out the words exactly to yield results. It'd be a nice addition to have some sort of a "near" match option whenever certain apps are being searched.

PROS: I like how flexible it is when it comes to its layout, field type creation, and permissioning. The permissioning is worth using! I can really get things done by giving users the ability to add/record/edit records, and manage apps. You can even make it all the way down to their field level. Build is super fast once you're familiar with the UI.
CONS: There are certain limitations. I've looked at over 25 apps and decided to settle down with Kintone in the end. There are a couple areas it needs to improve on. For one, they need to allow for PDF printing. And they need to cater to field data imports.
