PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Its core functionality is essentially similar to that of its competitors. The only exception is that its non-profit pricing is hard to beat. It's so easy to use. I've used one of its competitors before (QuickBase). No actual backend or coding knowledge involved.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not in favor of its GUI. Have yet to find a solution in altering that. Particulary true when dealing wiht forms. I wish there was some way to make things with enhanced contrast. At the same time, I want see things a lot clearly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm keeping track of numerous process for the project I'm managing. I'm also making use of such database in monitoring projects. This includes those have been tracked within the Excel sheet. Those were extremely annoying. They're a lot worse when it comes to collaboration especially when dealing with people from a numer of organizations who want to know what's happening.
