What are the best aspects of this product?

It is versatile and provides a low code solution that helps you build your own app. It is also affordable, perfect for small and mid-sized businesses. It has the CRM, custom database, and storage you need to run your business. Using Kintone, we were able to create app packs for our clients. No, we have a way to offer our clients great service in a shorter amount of time. This is great as it also saves time on our end.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The ability to create dynamic dashboards for each department should be improved. The same goes for the portal customization tool. It needs more features. Different departments have different requirements so it is a must to have the dashboards improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Catering to different marketing demographics became possible. It also created customizations for mathematical solutions for the stock market. We were also able to analyze previous data side by side, making reports very easy to analyze. This improved our performance greatly. It allowed us to create applications based on the needs of our clients. Their customer support is great too as they were very helpful in answering inquiries.
