KioWare Kiosk Management is a management suite designed to help businesses monitor the operations and health of their kiosks, streamline their processes, and eliminate logistic challenges that stem from kiosk usage. With KioWare Kiosk Management, keeping track of all the stats of your kiosk and deploying content to all or selected kiosks become less challenging and more effective.

KioWare Kiosk Management is offered in two versions: KioWare Server (client side kiosk software) and KioCloud (browser-based server console). KioWare Server is a self-hosted deployed on-premise within the user’s network environment, configured to workwith a SQL Server or MySQL database. On the other hand, KioCloud provides users with technical kiosk server hosting so they can get started quickly and concentrate on managing their kiosks and not worry about their kiosk servers.

KioWare Kiosk Management gives you total control over your kiosks wherever and whenever thanks to its remote management capabilities. You can update files and content of your kiosks through digital file transfer and issue commands like kiosk reboot, device shutdown, and restart commands remotely. You can even implement your own custom commands with ease.

Whenever you need to view your kiosk statistics or generate reports to gather more intelligence from your kiosks, KioWare Kiosk Management has you covered. You can set the software to collect device usage statistics on an interval basis (as often as 10 minutes) or you can choose to get them right after the user session. The software can automatically create and deliver usage reports that details display page usage, session usage, and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) statistics.

Performance reports and statistics as often as every 15 minutes allow you to effectively monitor the health of your devices and respond to instances of hardware malfunction and issues immediately to ensure quick recovery and continuous operation.

You also have the pilot seat when it comes to your users. You can create customized roles with corresponding permissions. You see who logs into the server console and control which parts of the console they have access to.
