What are the best aspects of this product?

Developing a new process is relatively easy. Making process changes is just great. Any user can gain entry to their process without having to hire IT professionals. The screens are designed in a user-friendly manner. Development and usage are very simple.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the tool offers a number of features, its design is way too colourful for my taste. That could be a bad thing for some people since it could overwhelm and tire their eyes out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The primary concept with this tool is its End User Development. Through KissFlow, there's never a need to hire IT personnel. It's all about knowing how the process functions and understanding each person's responsibility. Such configuration can all be done within KissFlow. Involving third party service providers who are also part of the process can also be done since it's an online tool.
