What are the best aspects of this product?
Kissflow is a well-designed software platform capable of doing really efficiently things that others solutions in the same category can't. The technical support they offer has been nothing but helpful whenever I needed assistance or had inquiries about how specific functionalities work. Overall, my experience has been really positive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing to dislike with the product thus far. I wish there's more to say but this tool has done me way too many good things to me.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Previously, we had a convoluted method in submitting an event approval request. In the end, no one dared to use it leading to a process that's not followed correctly. We're still new to Kissflow, but several requests are already coming through with users applauding the ease of use of the tool.
