What are the best aspects of this product?

It's very easy to use. Anyone who hasn't tried this product before can easily pick it up in a matter of minutes without any training. I have no idea much went in settig up this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

From an end-user's perspective, I've yet to see anything negative with this product. It's surprisingly easy to use and navigating around it is a cinch.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We currently have no PTO-specific policy. This gives us the ability to keep track of how much time people are taking off and know which ones who won't be going to the office. Everything is so convenient.
