What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how simple this system is. I'm capable of getting my workflow running after signing in. That only takes me a couple or so minutes with very little learning curve. I can make the tool more robust by putting in formulas to both the workflows and forms. Aside from the system, I had a great experience with their technical product team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the formulas seem robust and very much similar to DAX, it would be beneficial if there are lots of hints in the system. This will definitely help you explore whether the formula you came up with is right or wrong. At times, I had to write a number of times just to arrive at the right formula accepted by the system.

I started looking around for a workflow management system capable of resolving all workflow issues. It can help me spot areas where the workflow has broken down and which individual is accountable for it. This streamline can streamline workflow and makes things very efficient in completing any task.
