It's very simple to use. Their customer support has been nothing but tremendous. I'm not even sure if their customer support sleeps because they've been excellent to me so far!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It may be somewhat limited in terms of its features, but it makes up for that through the efficiency it offers. So far, there's nothing much to dislike.

We always make sure our projects are done correctly and prompently from one end to another without having to skip any essential steps. It also means closing out jobs within the HR, construction, and accounting departments.
