What are the best aspects of this product?

It takes very little time to get to the basics of the platform. A majority of people can log right in without running through any issue. Previously, we struggled with the tedious e-mail process. We had to log just about everything after makig a request approval. It was simply unecessary. But this changed all that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, we've yet to encounter enything negative. I'll keep in mind any issues that I have with this tool in the near future. The more time I spend with this time, the better I'm able to gain understanding with its issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company is constantly growing. That means, simplicity should be maintainted. This program is effortless in helping us manage and monitor our time. As previously mentioned, we're small team that's slowly growing. Going through the multi-step process of managing time was a simply a waste!
