PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's so simple to use and highly intuitive. You have the ability to design any kind of process if you're not happy with the current type and number of processes. Their IT team is very responsive. The tool, on its own, is affordable and worth purchasing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It'd be nice to have some e-mails (those that need to be done with Zapier) automated. It'll work superbly well if a PO is approved. For instance, PO can automatically be sent to the vendor.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There were processes before in which we had no direct way of controlling them. With this tool, it's now possible. We had varying processes that haven't been designed and people doing things differently. Now we have procedures for each process.
