What are the best aspects of this product?
Developing business processes has never been this easy, which I'm very much pleased with. Their support is highly responsive and effective. Creating and updating workflows is easy and allows us to gain a bit of independence. The Mobile App gives us room for freedom since we're a multinational firm with users that are constantly on the move.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I've never encountered anything negative issues (in terms of experience) thus far. The only teeny issue I'm facing is receiving alerts on downtime. I highly advise the admin to receive e-mail notifications of any incurring downtime.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company had to do just about everything on paper. This delayed the process a whole lot. But ever since moving to KiSSFLOW, a majority of our company processes are now paperless.
