What are the best aspects of this product?
This tool has made it possible for those with basic knowledge in Excel to create a customized workflow software. The UI is very intuitive and customer support is always there to help out. For what it's worth, nothing on the market comes inches to what this softare is capable of doing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To be honest, there's really nothing big that I hate with this tool. Small problems that sometimes crop up are addressed right away. As matter of fact, most problems were resolved in real-time. It's all a matter of chatting with their chat support. In one occassion, I asked them to help with deal with an error message that I've been constantly getting.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Kisslflow, we had the ability to get rid of paper-based signature approvals for new hires and internal personnel changes for an organization with more than 30 locations. It also made it easier to deal with over 700 employees. We're currently in the process creating and testing out workflows that can digitize check requests and reimbursements for travel expenses.
