The process diagram found in this tool is highly robust. It did an excellent job in converting flow diagrams into steps that are actionable for owners. This made it possible for our team to remain consistent without having to do a lot of heavy lifting.

Running a small team, everyone has the right to look into their status of just about anything. That means being update with every project done or being done. Only the individual who started the flow can keep track of the progress made across tasks. It would be a big benefit if the entire team can gain quick access to the progress of a specific task.

We're doing what we can to get our business processes to operate in a system-based and standard manner. It's surprising how such simple stuff can quickly take a lot of people. It's not enough to rely on checklists. This tool makes it possible to peek into everyone involved then managing the current workflow.
