What are the best aspects of this product?
What is more worth than knowing everything? You might think that's impossible, but certainly not in the case of KISSmetrics! See, I've been using the tool for a year so far, and I've drilled to the bottom of every client and every action, and that's what I fell from immediately. What you should also know is that KISSmetrics does perfect A/B testing and reports, has an amazing support team to navigate with you, and doesn't cost even the half of what you'd pay knowing its effectiveness. Pretty likable, don't you agree?
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be dishonest to say there are no drawbacks, but at least they are not serious. I lack flexibility, for instance, mostly when I have to segment clients. Certain properties can not be aggregated properly, and funnel and power reports are not always consistent. But that's all!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Not my proudest moment ever, but I had no idea which feature was used and which one not. I was missing some of the most important events in the funnel, being obviously unable to segment visitors according to events. Now that I have KISSmetrics, I know everything, and I am so thankful for that easy interface that made this experience flawless. This is probably the least complicated A/B testing platform, together with an easy user filtering that simplifies tracking traffic numbers even more.
