There are lot of analytics tools and dashboards available, and we cannot focus on simplicity and usefulness so we can define own web-based business goals. Thnakfully, Kissmetrics it is not full with information, but it provides you with realistic and honest results of your marketing campaigns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I can think of.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to track our visitors and to know who does and doesn’t sign up and where they come from. We know what pages they are visiting the most and what was the last page they saw before they converted into leads. Also, it provides us with information about time they have spen on our services and sites.
