What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about Kissmetrics is the ability to change the attribution. It is extremely easy to figure out where your visitors come from. It allows you to better understand groups of users’ behavior thanks to its thorough reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that i have to wait for an email in order to export a report.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to understand users’ behavior and this means that based on these reports we are able to create better and efficient decisions in the future so we can meet our customers’ needs and engage them better.
