What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like its Funnel and Activity reports which are extremely useful. It provides great metrics feature which is simple and highly practical. I often use People Search feature when I need to troubleshoot non-related business issues. Also, they constantly improve the solutionn and listen our needs and requirements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no way to use anything of your data in order to cater messagin or show messages to populations. Also, in my opinion, the revenue and Cohort reports are not very useful for our business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to identify the tactics and to convert our visitors to members.
