It is better solution than Google Analytics

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the reporting capabilities of this product and in my experience they are better than other tools I’ve worked with. We are able to add lot of conditions and filters and this makes our work even more simplified. The reports are detailed and straight to the point. I like that it offers lot of report types that are suitable for various businesses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has the lack of automatic event tracking, also and it doesn’t pull data retroactively.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to understand how users are engaged with our sites and to keep track of those who spent most time on our site. It provides me with detail about the user journey and it’s better solution than Google Analytics.
