What are the best aspects of this product?
Our site provides learning resources, meaning that we rely enitrely on the way in which individual visitors interact with them in order to build a successful marketing strategy. It is like an open book of 'who did what', and that's just priceless for improving relationship with current and future customers. What we do is to integrate our Marketing Automation system through their APIs in order to evaluate the leads we have, and to react with phone calls or emails. We did imporve performance significantly, and we are very proud of it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We were probably too used to having everything in the free version of Google Analytics, that we disliked paying a fee for KISSmetrics' functionality. However, putting price on the scale with its amazing insights and functionality showed us that it was totally worth it, so we just hope it is not going to become more expensive. In terms of bugs and downtimes, there is nothing that different from other SaaSs, so overall, the program is very good.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We do business reporting with it, mostly to understand how we are performing financially in every of our member plans. We obviously benefited from conversion optimization: according to smartinsights.com, we boosted basic membership traffic by 214%, and we are continuing to convert more free members into paid ones, that is really promising for our monthly revenue.
