What are the best aspects of this product?
Signing up for KISSmetrics' free trial was defintiely one of our smartest decisions, we immediately understood we're dealing with a very powerful product! All of the holes in our funnel were becoming visible, and we could only guess what an upper version of the product is capable of. The backend experience was awesome, enriched with detailed navigating and reporting. What is absolutely amazing is how specific the product can get, meaning that you can track individual behavior on individual products, or specific events that triggered particular actions and effects. It is a whole new level of defining sales funnels, try it and you will see.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I like what I have now, but there are many things I wish were there. I didn't expect HubSpot, but having automated future events would be really nice. I also think there is not enough information on setting up accounts, using properties, and creating events, at least not for inexperienced users as myself. The concept was entirely new to me, and I struggled to figure even the most basic operations out.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There are so many problems KISSmetrics can solve, but most of them refer to discovering holes in the sales funnel and dealing with them. Overall, the product improves interaction with customers, and that's what every company wants to achieve.
