What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like the most is that there is no sampled data to be adjusted with every report, but rather individual one that can be used in inbuilt reports, wherever necessary. The path report, for instance, is amazing-you determine starting point A and ending point B, and you let the program fill every gap for you. Alongside, I really like the fact I can import data to fire events to particular users, which is especially useful for offline activities (open days at our university, for instance). As you can guess, assessing behavior has never been more interesting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reports are awesome, but you only get to expose 5 steps while creating them. Knowing how good and how rich they are, I'm really sorry for not being able to expose everything I've done. I'm sure other devoted users mind the same, so I honestly think we'll be able to do something about it. Obviously, the issue differs from institution to institution, but for a university such as ours, not going into details is really a problem. Other dislikes like dislikes I don't have, except of the fact that set up is too complicated, so in case you're running a small company, you'd be better off with google tag managers. Another thing to have in mind is that not a lot is being recorded outside the box, meaning that you need to plan what it is going to be tracked, and to invest some serious efforts or even hire a developer to do it for you.
