What are the best aspects of this product?
I really appreciate that Kissmetrics is listening to our feedback and requirements. They always improve the platform and release new features that are useful for our processes. I like the acitivity view feature, because I can track visitors’ activity and behavior on my sites.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t like that I have to ask questions in strange way so I can get data I need. Also, the power reports are complicated and they cannot be used easily. Additionally, the webcasts doesn’t provide specific details I need. I’d like to get step by step guide through the system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to track users and how the cohorts behave. We use the dashboards in order to report high level metrics on a daily basis.
