We are using Kissmetrics so we can better understand our visitors and their interaction on our sites. We are able to help them create digital marketing strategies. Also, it allows us to use API so we can integrate it with our Marketign automation system and to score leads and follow up email or phone conversations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Google Analytics compared to this software is free, but I think that it’s worth the price.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us with business reporting and to keep track of our financial performances. Also, it is great solution for Conversion Rate Optimisation. We managed to increase the number of visitors on our site and to increase revenue by converting members to our loyal customers who pay for our services.
