What are the best aspects of this product?
Moving a transpect from LinkedIn to Salesforce has never been easu. I typically end up with right right e-mail address and phone numbers -- although they tend to bounce from time to time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The user interface is not as user-friendly as before. It's impossible to move someone unless there's data available. I had to do this manually (and it's a pain). The software was actually paid for and we'd like it improvements were made in this area.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Seeking contact details of prospects that can be identified on LinkedIn is a good thing. I can extend my reach to a lot of people more than ever.
