Pros: Having the ability to extract contact data by means of highlighting them on whichever site see them. This turned things around.
Cons: I was hoping there would be some way to see further metrics in e-mails for specific compaign success rate visibility. It would also be nice to set up group e-mails.

Pros: Very simple operate, swift response from support, and is valuable. My team was able to use platform without little training.
Cons: Certain updates are lacking functionality or are missing ways to seek out and import contacts. It's challenging most times to search for certain information.

Not only is Kitedesk an extremely simple and intuitive program to use, the information is surprisingly accurate. I work in an industry with a lot of turnover and even with this factor it is extremely infrequent that I find any of my information from Kitedesk to be incorrect or out of date. I would recommend this to literally anyone who needs to prospect.
