What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how it's very precise with data. When it comes to making prospect lists, data is important for accuring the right contact data. Through KiteDesk, my chances of reaching out to prospects has dramatically increased. Since I work in the business development business, how can you refuse a line directly to a decision maker?

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't favor their UI. I don't find it user-friendly and it's difficult to get around. But in the end, it actually gets the job done.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Quality insight, direct line, contact details, and daa. Now I'm able to extend my reach to more prospects and take part in important dialogue.
