Very clean and simple to use, and actually replaced a majority of my tools.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Having the ability to extract contact data by means of highlighting them on whichever site see them. This turned things around.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping there would be some way to see further metrics in e-mails for specific compaign success rate visibility. It would also be nice to set up group e-mails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to seek lead without having to use an actual CRM. Its miniature CRM features helped me save money up to the point where it's time to settle for a true CRM.
