A very strong software that will one day become the top email marketing tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's such an excellently-designed, efficient email marketing platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was able to insert TypeForm surveys into emails via Klaviyo. But Klaviyo however, could not add the survey data to a defined email address. This seems to be a no-brainer, but perhaps not many users need that particular feature with TypeForm integration.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The UI is so simple that I can instantly and literally see how well the emails are doing, how many customers are clicking the link and how many e-commerce transactions are directly linked to the email campaign. I saw my sales increased!
