What are the best aspects of this product?
Been using it for quite some time now and I must say that I really liked it. I don't have any idea when I started using it but I appreciate all the simple emails explained for me as it made it easier. It was very user-friendly, easy to operate and offers incredible features every e-commerce platform may require. The work flows all function smoothly and I even created a complex flows with minimum stress and effort. The website engagement is also so simple you are able to segment your customers based on their participation. With these segments, I can send them tailored emails that could convert them later on. I also really loved their customer support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing. It's astounding from the user experience to the customer support.

It enabled me to increase my overall lifetime value and supported me in raising the monthly shop sales with email marketing.
