What are the best aspects of this product?

Klaviyo helps in the improvement of our email marketing. Creating digital marketing campaigns and automatic email flows make it a valuable tool. Their sophisticated segmentation and analytics capabilities were proven beneficial too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

HTML email builder doesn't automatically save your work and that's actually what I don't like about Klaviyo. You need to scroll back to the top for you to save it. It would have been nice if there's a "floating" button to save or an auto-save function so that you don't accidentally lose all your work just because you forgot to save it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Klaviyo lets us have more flexibility to personalize our emails and even create beautiful designs.
