What are the best aspects of this product?

An all-in-one price includes all updates so I don't need to pay for additional fees. The support page and video instructions are very helpful especially when transitioning to the app. Shopify integration was incredibly quick and simple. It also helps me to easily add items from my list.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

System logic is more straightforward but the workflow designs are more difficult to implement. Transactional client addresses aren't also readily recognizable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's cost-efficient which is the biggest advantage. The email builder's HTML feature also helps design emails as desired and creating it takes lesser time.
