What are the best aspects of this product?

Our clients couldn't see ad revenue and other platforms can't let you see the automation too. Klaviyo does all that. We can now track what's effective, what isn't, and what to concentrate on next.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have anything to dislike. They have excellent post-sale service, and any problems with the technical we had were resolved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're focused on the scope. The more we know, the more we can better weigh in. Since we now know our statistics, our choices are much easier than before.
