What are the best aspects of this product?

The segmentation functionality is perfect. The flows are quick to execute. It has increased my business' profits.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a little more expensive compared to others. Also, it’ll be great if there are more flow features and more flexibility to the segments. It doesn't show all customers or segments' LTV, which is very beneficial on other tools as it provides awareness of how well each subscriber represents the company.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Regular client outreach, distributing emails and growing my online store's sales. Also, displaying email revenue is a good sign for our company.
