What are the best aspects of this product?

It came with a unique and awesome cocept. I love how it's able to integrate with other popular social media platforms. But what I love is its integraton with Facebook. It's very easy in setting up. Managing it is a breeze.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's not enough people involved. Klout may have done a poor job advertising it in public. It's too bad my friends couldn't join since they have no idea what it is. Even worse, those who aren't as adventurous would badly miss out on an app like this that could actually work for them. They need to push further with advertising and draw more potential and curious people in.
