What are the best aspects of this product?
Our helpdesk team can work more efficiently with the help of Lansweeper’s intuitive ticketing system. We make it a point to solve all urgent issues within the day and the remaining ones within 48 hours.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish that the support team behind Lansweeper would be more proactive in helping us uncover more answers to each of our concerns. We tried to join several online forums to raise our queries, but we haven’t got the answers/solutions that we were looking for. Another concern is that we find it difficult to look for information and access certain features whenever they update the platform.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It’s nice to work with a platform that helps you distribute workload equally to your team at the start of the day. This ensures that everyone is productive throughout the day, and it makes it easier to check their output. I can also keep track of other equipment missing from our inventory and find ways to retrieve them.
