What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool allows you to fully examine what goes on within your network by providing all the necessary information that could help you identify your assets' status. You can group your assets based on certain categories so you can easily find what you are looking for if something needs to be repaired or replaced to ensure that all assets are in great shape.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The number of reports that it produces is almost too overwhelming to interpret. I know that it's useful in so many ways. Still, it would be nice to create a certain structure that would be easier for people to follow whenever they need to create those reports. Also, I would advise that you refrain from removing any software from the computers because it's quite difficult to reinstall them again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool gives us better visibility on what kind of equipment we currently have in stock. Besides performing the basic inventory, it can also provide detailed information behind each asset that serves as our guide. It tells us whether we need to allocate an extra budget for the replacement units or leave it as it is. We are lucky to be using Lansweeper because we maximize the reports that help protect our assets.
