
What are the best aspects of this product?
It's an all in one tool that I need for my helpdesk team to run smoothly even with minimum supervision from my end. It’s easy for me to reassign tickets to respective employees and monitor our backlogs on a day to day basis.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One of the challenges that I have encountered while using this tool is the reporting feature. I want our daily reports to be organized, so that’s easy to understand by all staff members. Somehow I am having difficulties pulling them up each week, so I have to find a different approach this time around.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The functionality of Landsweeper is so broad that you can use it to track your network devices and ensure that everything is in excellent condition.
