What are the best aspects of this product?

Network scanning can be time-consuming, so I am thankful that Lansweeper was introduced to us, which made life a lot easier. Also, inventory sessions are now more seamless than before because Lansweeper can easily identify the units that need to be repaired by the manufacturer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took a while for us to complete the first scan for all our brand new units. We are glad that Lansweeper was able to complete the job in just a couple of days. Yes, it is time-consuming, but we have no choice but to do the scans by batches to prevent network issues that can cause us bigger problems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Lansweeper has extremely been useful in giving us a complete breakdown of all the network assets that were endorsed to us by other departments and old employees. Now we won’t be having a hard time checking for its configurations and specs one by one; you can find it and categorize it within the platform.
