You'd be surprised at how much information it can provide regarding specific hardware used in the office. In just one click, you'd be able to see its specifications and the type of software installed in the device. We depend on the reports to remind us of warranties and software update schedules.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You'd be asked to pay more money if you want a better ticketing system. This is very important if you are currently managing a vast number of assets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are no more delays in scheduling our system updates and license because Lansweeper sends a reminder a few days before its due date. It's a very practical tool that helps manage our assets accordingly.
