The reporting is accurate and up to date. Everything that I need to know about a certain network device is readily available through Lansweeper.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have been using this system to install and introduce software for the entire business. I suggest that you initiate the deployment process in small batches because it can get really slow right in the middle of the session. You might also encounter some issues during the installation process that could cause you bigger headaches. It’s better to be prepared than feel overwhelmed later on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We now have a more stable and secure process in tracking all devices within the company. We have a way to locate things that were lost or not returned to us intentionally.
