What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the easiest products that I've worked with in my entire career. I love its capability to personalize reports to understand what's going on with all corporate assets. Plus, it allows you to do some remote work, thus making it more efficient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have to use a separate set of security software to send us system alerts regarding suspicious activities. It would be great to integrate this into Lnasweeper, but it's not applicable as of the moment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's easy to view and do an on the spot inventory of all assets that we practically own. We can easily determine when is the right time to start upgrading old desktops and laptops and if there's a need to update our software license to ensure that we are continuously protected from any potential threats that could affect the business.
