What are the best aspects of this product?

In Laserfiche, you have forms that you can use to see the business process. At the same time, assigning tasks is also easy to do. It also automatically notifies you in your email if you have an important task to accomplish. You can also lookup and auto-populate data in forms, making it easy to find what you want. You can also manage its security or who can access the forms. This eased our workload.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Three years ago, it is quite expensive and its integration with Oracle and SAML is not that good. Currently, Laserfiche worked hard to improve these aspects. Now, I don't have any complaints about the application.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to move purchase approvals, onboarding, community education, and class registration online without a problem because Laserfiche was able to automate our paper process. This helped us a lot in this pandemic, especially that everyone is now working remotely. Furthermore, we were able to use Laserfiche forms to garner applications for college acceptance and keep track of our staff's information.
