What are the best aspects of this product?

Laserfiche is versatile and easy to use content management tool made for optimizing business processes. We needed a solution that would help us to organize all processes in order to improve the efficiencies into the organization. I love its Laserfiche Forms module, because it helps us to remove any paper forms and to send out through a workflow in order to gain max benefits for my team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some modules that are almost similar and this can be quite confusing for end-users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We included a solution for Vacation requests, expense receipts, hu7man resources, employee files, order fulfillment, student records and many other. We have found that users can save the information directly from the system without searching for documents or looking through cabinets.
