What are the best aspects of this product?

I can save documents and use it at any given time. It is also very secure so we don't have to worry about losing any files or having any other people have access to our files without us knowing. I have been using this for a year and we are very pleased with our experience so far.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don't have any complaints about it as we were able to use Laserfiche to accomplish our tasks without much hassle. As was mentioned earlier, we were able to save files securely using this application.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aside from being able to save our files securely in the cloud. It is also able to save our data in folders, this makes keeping track of everything easier as it is more organized. This also helped us in our workflow because we can access our files despite our location. It is truly a very helpful application.
