What are the best aspects of this product?
It uses a single logic for all Laserfiche products. It is awesome how its programs allow you to do pretty much anything. All of it is very user-friendly and easy to use. It also offers great support for beginners who don't have much experience in software. It is very convenient how you can reach their support team at any given moment. To top it off, what they give you is quality and you can really understand it despite inexperience.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is not as customizable as I would have liked. For example, the admin console can't control all the aspects of Laserfiche. It'd be great if there were to be a central hub for it so we can control every aspect without having to switch pages. I also hope that there would be a standard Laserfiche course that they can offer to customers. This will help new users have the same playing ground when it comes to Laserfiche navigation. I hope these will be improved so that Laserfiche could be an even better application.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Since we became paperless, we became more organized. There's also a better process for every department. In addition, we can access all our information in a single platform, making it easy to navigate and search for files. I honestly don't know how I'll be able o work without Laserfiche anymore.
