What are the best aspects of this product?

Since all its tools are pretty similar, once you learn how to use one tool, you are bound to learn the functions of the other tools without much problem. We were also able to create solutions for our business practices because of the way its tools can be configured. The pandemic also brought about the perks of Laserfiche as we are able to develop and launch projects quickly despite the restriction of being far away from one another. What we liked the most about Laserfiche is how our team members who have no experience in IT, can still use this with ease. Furthermore, since we are a government organization, we are glad that Laserfiche is DOD certified.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of our processes can't be placed in Laserfiche. It is great with linear systems but it can be quite hard to use if your company's process is not very linear. As a result, we can't manage 100% of our business using Laserfiche. If they can improve this, Laserfiche will be a perfect application to use for every business out there.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to save time. Our employees can focus on other tasks at hand like that of planning for future projects. Laserfiche allowed us to route our documents, apply security, and index information. This made it easier to streamline our process and reduce the wait time of our customers as it eliminates errors and is paperless. We love using Laserfiche. We recommend this to other businesses that want to be more productive with their time.
