What are the best aspects of this product?
With Laserfiche scanning, storing, filling and emailing documents is much easier than doing it manually. We have huge amount of documents that with Laserfiche we make all these documents more accessible. We don’t have to file everything and to make copies anymore, because all our files are now secure and in one place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my opinion, Laserfiche is not user-friendly because it can be quite complicated to use. It’s absolutely normal to make mistakes while working, but when we get an error message we cannot find a solution by ourselves or in most cases we need to ask their tech team support. It really offers great set of features but we cannot use them all because we don’t understand them.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The other good thing about Laserfiche is that fact that all documents are easily accessible. We can easily do a research and share the documents through all departments. It is very beneficial tool for saving tons of paper and allows an access to any document in less time. We save lot of time, energy and money with this tool.
