What are the best aspects of this product?

Once you learn how to use this program everything becomes easier. Laserche offer great amount of tools and they constantly add new ones. It is very progressive company that offers documentations and practices. The people behind this software are very professional, they are always ready to help and to provide best service to their customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot see a developer edition for less price, it would be great if I could order developer suite for all products. I would like to invest small amount of money in order to create demos and to see value to the management. Also, it can be quite complicated to learn how to use it, it would be great if they could include more examples.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have built Permitting and Inspection system with this product, and we still work on On-boarding and Off-boarding within the HR, Office and Tax. We have reduced paper usage and it helps us to implement solutions in less time.
